Viking Passage to Eastern Europe

For those of you who have taken this cruise, how close to town does the ship dock. I'd like to know in general but particularly for Belgrade. Are we close enough to walk or are there a provided shuttles?

Almost all ship docking is in the towns with the exception of Bucharest (close to 2 hours to the ship). Belgrade included tour was just an easy walk through town from the ship.
