MrsKC08 Posted October 8 #1 Share Posted October 8 Forgive me if this has been addressed recently but I've tried searching several times and didn't have any luck finding it so I figured I would just post the question out there in hopes that someone has some insight. We are taking a cruise on Ascent this coming March, and our booking includes the classic drink package. For a few weeks after booking, we saw the option on the website and the app to "upgrade" to the premium drink package, but that seems to have disappeared. Now, we only have the option to buy the premium drink package outright, which makes no sense at all. We have inquired with our Travel Agent who has informed us that Celebrity has been having some ongoing "glitches" and issues with their website and app and to just "wait it out" since we have plenty of time to purchase the upgrade prior to the cruise. While they are technically correct, it just seems weird that it has just vanished for the past couple of weeks or so. Anyone have any idea about why this may be? Ours disappeared in August & even though I have called numerous times & opened an IT ticket, Celebrity has not corrected it. I have called Celebrity every few days to find out if there's a flash sale since I can't see if there's a sale. It is on the website, under plan my cruise. Although at £12.75 pppd, I’ll wait a bit, hopefully there will be a sale, my next cruise is not until next year.
