Yes, those are the sites to check. HAL's information about the ship's ability to dock would come from the port, so you might as well check with the port.

Again, thanks to all of you who have helped me learn more about cruise planning.  It is indeed a work in progress.  I don’t know if we will be as frequent a cruiser as most are around here, but I do hold out hope for at least two more cruises in the future - one to Alaska and the other a colors cruise in the upper northeastern U.S. and on into Canada.
