Carnival Victory Question

I will be going on the Carnival Victory July 22 for 4 days to Halifax Nova Scotia. My guess is their will be one formal night, but I am not sure. Does anyone know? It would be a great help. Plus I have heard that this cruise is rather "foggy" during days at sea... is this true?? I always go south, this is my first time going north! lol

I took the 5 night cruise to Halifaxon the Victory a few years ago on the Victory. There was a formal night on that one. I don't remember any fog. I am taking the 4 night to Halifax on Aug. 19th

We were on Victory last Sept. for a week and it really wasn't foggy that much.. near Boston and Sydney.... there is one formal night on the 4-night cruise..
