Insurance/Credits question

My piece of crap boyfriend decided to back out on our cruise at the last minute. We have insurance with Royal Caribbean's CruiseCare to where we get 75% in credits toward a future cruise if we cancel for a non-emergency. I told that scum I want his share of the credits too! It's Sunday so I can't talk to my agent until tomorrow, but I have a bad feeling that the credits are non-transferable. Does anyone know if this is the case?

You can change people till just a couple of days out. I would find a girlfriend to go with me, and tell what's his name to take a hike! Why ruin your cruise?
