booking excursions online

How do I book my excursions online? (original reservation was done via TA)

 

I am signed into the RCCL.com site and I see the option "Edit Shore & Land Excursions" when I click on that it brings me to the brochure of excursions.. nothing is giving me an option with the times or even to select it...
