Have you done the jeep safari in Puerto Vallarta?

I am curious to find out if the jeep safari and beach adventure is hard on the back. We'd love to do it, but I'm a little concerned about it because of a ruptured disk in my lower back about 1 1/2 years ago. I'm much better now, but I'd hate to injure it again. I just wondered if the jeep ride is real bumpy.

 

If you have done this tour, how did you like it?
