Float Plane Excursions Where is best?

Which is the best place to take a float plane from: Skagway, Juneau or Ketchikan? Any preference as to a tour company or use the cruise line tour (HAL 7/15)?

We did the Misty Fjords flight with Island Wings in Ketchikan. http://www.islandwings.com. The pilot, Michelle is just excellent! She lands on a lake and you are able to get out and walk around. Many float planes just land and you stay put!. She gives a great narration..not taped like some. Her Beaver DeHaviland's capacity is 5 passengers.You will not be disappointed!

I think Ketchikan and Misty Fjords is a great flight seeing. :) My top venders are Island Wings and Southeast Aviation.

When I went fishing last year, my wife and daughters went with Southeast Aviation. They loved it. I still hear about how great a trip they had. I wish I could have dome both. Jim was great.
