parking prices

I just noticed the $12 car/day parking charge out of Tampa. Do all guests pay this for the day? How do you tell everyone about the parking fee??

I live in Tampa and frequent the port area/ park in the garage where cruiseship guests park (theres a fun area with restaurants etc... right there by the port). Anyone cruising with you pays that fee. If they are a non-sailing guest at your wedding or just someone wanting to park in that garage for whatever I think the fee is $1 an hour. They have valet parking too with rates just slightly higher depending on the time of day.
