Which night for Chops on Aruba Itinerary on Adventure?

Anyone that has recently done this specific cruise and itinerary which night's standard menu would you say was the weakest, thus making it the "best" night for Chops? Also which nights are the "formal" nights? Is it both at sea days or other? Thank you, just need to plan ahead so we can handle this first thing onboard - we also need to change to late dining as only early was available when we just booked and we barely have enough time getting ready after a day on the islands to get to late seating (teehee). Thank you so much for any/all input.

I had seen listings for it and menus and was really looking forward to it, bummer! So Portofino's it is then, any night better than others on this ship and itinerary? Thanks!

Sea days, Monday and Thursday will be formal. Also, Friday should be lobster and Tuesday is your late night in Aruba, we chose to eat at a local restaurant that night. Given all that, my preference would be Wednesday, as both Sunday and Saturday aren't usually the most relaxing nights for a nice dinner with packing and unpacking etc.. This is what we did. Portofino's was great. Enjoy.

Best night for Portofino is definetly the night in Aruba. On that evening a lot of poeple are missing in the dining room cause they are staying out on the island since the ship only leaves at 1.00am

Also on that evening the menu is the least interesting of all week in the dining room being the caribbean dinner.

If you make a reservation at Portofinos, ask to be served by Monica. She is very attentive, a great waitress and very good looking with a good personality. Tell her Denis from Montreal says hello.
