Skagway - Rock climbing & White Pass?

Hello everyone,

 

We will be in Skagway from 10 am to 8 pm and want to drive to whites pass, stop along the way at carcross and the new suspension bridge, have lunch, etc. Will we still have time to do a rock climbing expedition in the afternoon when we return? Has anyone done both? If both can't be done, which would you choose? Budget Queen, any advice?
