Tours with Esperance in Russia?

We are using a Virtuoso TA - they work with Esperance to arrange tours in St. Petersburg. Lots of folks have talked about RO and Denrus on this board. Has anyone used Esperance? If so, how was it?

My TA also uses Esperance. She would tack on a 10% fee for making the arrangements. Therefore, I proposed and itinerary to them as well as Denrus, RO, and Travel in Russia. Esperance came in at over $100 pp more than the others. Of course that included the lunch both days, so I think they are competetive. I have revised my itinerary and will resubmit. I think they are all reputable. IMHO

Thank you for the information - the price we were quoted was less than the ship's tours, so we feel good about that. I know these companies have to do a good job or they would not stay in business.
