Is Anyone Concerned - Costa Concordia ?

Is anyone concerned about the published passenger capacity of the Costa Concordia? It appears that it will carry several hundred more passengers than similarly sized ships such as the Sapphire, Diamond and Caribbean Princess, and nearly as many as RCI's much bigger Freedom of the Seas. Can we count on the designers to accommodate so many passengers without it feeling, or being, too crowded?

Have seen the specs on this new ship and I am aeare of the size vesus the capacity. It does not bother me at all. I am Italian and as our old proverb says.....Stretti, Stretti. Which means Close, Close. The more the merrier and the tighter the better!:p
