Princess to return to NYC in 2007!

Booked thru my TA on Friday, April 14 for the June 17, 2007 sailing -- woohooo -- I have never sailed on Princess, but am anxious to. Will just be myself and DH -- leaving the kids behind. :)

I so much wish that Princess would come to NY a little earlier, like January and or February. There is a beautiful new port in Brooklyn with plenty of room.

Only problem Snooper is that you will be freezing to death. Not exactly prime weather in NYC in January. We booked the Crown out of Red Hook in Brooklyn for June 2007. Also very happy to see Princess leaving out of NY.

We find sailing out of New York in January no problem. We sail on the Norwegian Dawn every winter and it sure beats going to an airport in a snowstorm (you know the ship will sail). These cruises have been so popular that NCL now has a 2nd ship (Norwegian Spirit) sailing year round out of New York. Don't be surprised if more cruise lines offer more winter cruises out of New York.
