Tyrkitty Posted April 23, 2006 #1 Share Posted April 23, 2006 It looks like these balconies are larger - If so any problems with these cabins - noise from theater below, obstructed view down to the water. It doesn't look like the lifeboat canopies would be a problem here.
Sweetpeas Posted May 3, 2006 #2 Share Posted May 3, 2006 We stayed in room 7001 on the Serenade to Alaska last summer. There was a little bit of noise from the theatre, but nothing that kept us awake. Our only complaint with being so far forward was the anchor noise when we arrived in port, it shook the cabin at about 5:45 am, not a pleasant way to wake up....but apart from that these are fabulous ships and we had a great time!
