Short 4/16 Spirit Review

Just returned from the 4/16 Spirit sailing. There were two of us in a balcony cabin on deck 9. The room size was fine for two people, I think if there was a third it might have been tight. Our room was clean and always made up upon our return. No complaints about the food and maybe because they were only two of us, we never waited for a table. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were on the Dawn last Easter which was rought and was very happy that this sailing was smooth the entire trip. Please let me know if you have any questions.

I also found Freestyles for a 7 day Alaska and 9 day Southern Caribbean itineraries, obvious not what you are lookiing for.

Jeanne: The CD was Julie (don't know how long she'll be on the ship), she was okay, we actually preferred the assistant cruise director. I see you were on the Dawn, we were on her last year at Easter. We enjoyed both ships equally. We enjoyed our meals in all the different dining venues and ate in Cagney's one night and it was great. As other posters have stated the staff was very friendly and helpful. If you have any other questions, please ask and I will try to answer.

Julie was the ACD on the Dawn in February 2004 when Rich Cleeson was the CD. She seemed to be very nice.

 

Does anyone know if he is still with NCL?

Thanks for the reply. We are really looking forward to our cruise. Your review assures me that it will be a wonderful trip. We loved the Dawn and are sure the Spirit will be just as much fun.

julie was the cd. i thought she was great. young, full of energy, loads of fun & all over the place. she's one person who will never gain weight.!
