Carnival's Frequent Cruiser?

Does Carnival have a frequent cruise club like how Royal Carribbean has crown and anchor society? Does anyone know? And how do you sign up if they do?

 

Their other club is Carnival Vacation Club, you have to pay for this, its like a Time Share thing using points to purchase your cruises.
