Cruise Connection Bus to Miami Pier

Has anyone recently rode the Cruise Connection bus to the Miami pier? My Mom lives in Melbourne Beach, Florida and last November we rode the bus to the Miami pier and didn't get there till 2:15! We were so disapointed that we missed lunch in the dining room. I was just wondering if the bus is getting people to the Miami port any earlier. Thanks!
