A few questions to ask you guys:

-Do the public buses go to mullet beach also, or do they only go to maho beach? and how much is it for a taxi to mullet beach?

-How do you get to backstreet to pick up the bus? Do you have to go into Phillipsburg?

-Is it an easy walk from Phillipsburg to the cruise ship pier or should we take the water taxi?

Thanks in advance...

Buses do go to Maho/Mullet Bay.

You need to walk out of the cruise terminal and make a left.

Keep walking for about 10 minutes, and you will cross a small bridge, with RBTT bank next to it.

Keep walking towards JUMP UP CASINO!

and once you pass Jump Up Casino, you will see the begining of backstreet on your left hand side.

You can catch a bus with the sign that says MULLET BAY!, cost is btwn $1 - $2, the drive should be abt 20 - 30 mins. Inform the driver to let you off at either maho or mullet bay beach.

Point to be noted, the frequency of busses going in that direction is less compared to other destinations, you may want to allow ample time for your return journey.

The return bus should say PHILIPSBURG!

goodluck, and have fun
