recent destiny cruisers--BOB?

I was wondering if any recent Destiny cruisers remember if BOB the breathing observation bubble adventure was available as an excursion aboard the boat. It is listed as an excursion Carnival does offer under St. Thomas excursions but now that I am booked it does not come up as an available excursion to book under my Destiny reservation. I was wondering if it was only available to book on the ship. From what I have read on the boards this is not something you can book it on your own, you must book it through your ship. I hate to wait and not prebook something else if I have no chance of booking this. Thanks.
