wickiwicki Posted April 26, 2006 #1 Share Posted April 26, 2006 Hi everyone....Who can fill me in on how the shipboard credit works. I know we have one for $200. Do they automatically just deduct the first 200 in expenses that is booked to your room, or person or what? I would like to make sure everyone gets their share. Thanks all....hawaii here I come. superjerryw Posted April 26, 2006 #2 Share Posted April 26, 2006 The credit should show up in your ship board account by the 2nd or 3rd day of the cruise. It's just an offset against the overall balance. Your individual charges will be listed so if you owe $300 for all you purchases the credit will show as a $200 deduction with a net balance of $100. PH8 Posted April 26, 2006 #3 Share Posted April 26, 2006 It will be $200 credit on your seapass acct when you board.or shortly after.........it is per cabin, not person........
jebl Posted April 26, 2006 #4 Share Posted April 26, 2006 Usually by the second day you will see the $200 as a credit on your account. All of your charges show up each day. Your balance then reflects any difference between the charges and the credit.
pinkrosesdeb Posted April 26, 2006 #5 Share Posted April 26, 2006 We got worried last cruise because our credit didn't show up on our acct. I was told it sometimes takes until weds. And that is when it showed up. Sure allowed us to do a little more than planned. Enjoy the credit!
wickiwicki Posted April 26, 2006 Author #6 Share Posted April 26, 2006 Thank you...since we are traveling with our parents I was hoping the mothers could get their hair done or play some bingo, If 200 is enough maybe we could all play a little bingo
pinkrosesdeb Posted April 26, 2006 #7 Share Posted April 26, 2006 You usually get a couple free cards for bingo anyway but you will all be able to play for what you are getting. Might consider getting mom a massage. Although, they are pretty pricey onboard. Just enjoy whatever you choose, its free!
Jimbo Posted April 26, 2006 #8 Share Posted April 26, 2006 Who's ever sea pass card account has the $200 credit, Take that card go directly to the Casino and ask for $200 in Cash and then split the Cash. It's just that simple, you don't even have to spend the $$$ on the ship you could use it in the ports or whatever else you wanted it for.
