While Wendy uses their hair salon, I stay away from them, they always seem kinda snobbish and their prices are very high. If you use them, make sure you ask ahead what you are paying for at the time you go for your appointment, many times you end up paying for add ons you didnt request. Also tell them not to talk to you about their expensive products, you are there to relax and not hear a sales pitch.
