I suggest you check all the sites, Deep Bay, Dive Antigua & Jolly Dive all dive the north & south coast (Cades Reef, Adriene Shoal). AntiguaScuba & Aquanaut dive out of English Harbour.

I've decided to dive with Antigua Scuba out of English Harbour and am looking to team up to share the taxi ride on the AOS crusie the end of April, scheduled to be in port on the 27th.

 

Everything I've read in the wifes travel books indicated the better dives were out of English Harbour.
