Trying to find a website

I'm trying (rather unsuccessfully) to find a website with bits of information such as how to tell an officer's rank and what different horn blasts mean... I used to know of such a site, but it doesn't seem to be there anymore... Anyone have any ideas>

As for the rank issue, I haven't given it a great amount of notice before, but I believe it probably is similar to naval insignia. I believe (but culd well be wrong! :eek: ) you will find that a Captain has 4 stripes. I also believe that organizations such as the U.S. Navy have more "ranks" than a cruise line will. I can also see where it may well vary between cruise lines. Guess you may need to locate a cruise line employee to accurately answer that one.
