Cruisechick82 Posted May 3, 2006 #1 Share Posted May 3, 2006 I know that RCCL has offered a bus transfer from Vancouver to Seattle in the past, but my TA said that they only offer transfers to the Vancouver airport. Has anyone else tried to book a transfer through them from Vancouver to Seattle?
ShrinkinTexas Posted May 3, 2006 #2 Share Posted May 3, 2006 I got my transfers through http://www.quickcoach.com/ and found them to be cheaper than the cruise line's transfers. I'll be on the Radiance in a little over a month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Kylie Posted May 3, 2006 #3 Share Posted May 3, 2006 Our TA got us RCCL transfers from the Vanvouver port to the Seattle airport for $65. I didn't find them on the excursions website either but we've already been billed for them and I noticed they showed up on the RCCL website under our reservation information. springtxbill Posted May 4, 2006 #4 Share Posted May 4, 2006 We also have transfers for Vancouver to Seattle. Maybe you need another TA.
Cruisechick82 Posted May 4, 2006 Author #5 Share Posted May 4, 2006 Well if they are $65 this year, maybe we will just go with Quick Coach since I think it's aroudn $45. I thought I had read that the transfers last year through RCCL were only $50 and they taped the bus to clear customs faster. Our flight isn't until 5:20pm so we have alot of time but I thought it would be nice not to have to worry about a lenghty customs delay. And my TA managed to get us a price for our cruise that was over $100pp below anything online at RCCL or through anyone else and has been very helpful except for this matter so I think we'll stick with her. Kylie Posted May 4, 2006 #6 Share Posted May 4, 2006 I noticed the Quick Coach price is cheaper but we have a 1:50 flight and Quick Coach would never get us there in time for that. We are hoping the RCCl transfer will!! We easily made a 1:00 flight out of Anchorage coming from Seward with RCCL transfers a couple of years ago. WE had the option of a 2:00 flight or the 5:20 and went with the late one. I'm sure Quick Coach will get us there in plenty of time, I'm just a worrier!:o
