4th of July in Alaska?

We will be on the Spirit in Alaska on the 4th of July. Has anyone been on the

Alaska trip druing the 4th before? Does Carnival do anything special for the

holiday or not?

 

I thing launching bottle rocketts from our own balcony would be out of the

question :)

I would thin launcing bottle rockets should be out of the question. (enviromental safety thing)

There will be no fireworks as this poses a fire hazzard onboard.

We were in Juneau I belive and the ship waited to debark so we could see the fireworks. Really late due to not much Darkness at that time of year.

We were cruising the inside passage on the 4th of July when I cruised Alaska. The ship didn't do anything "special" for the holiday, but many US passengers wore Red, White and Blue.
