Silly question

Normally, the first formal night is the dressiest, but speaking for myself, I always wear my tightest formal outfit on the first formal night, because there is a good chance that by the last formal night, it won't fit!

Technically all formal nights are the same as the dress code is the same for all of them. On a longer cruise you may find that some people don't dress as formally on the last formal night since they are just tired from the length of the cruise and tired of dressing up and don't want to be bothered. If you are on a longer port intensive cruise where you have been very physically active you may not feel it's worth the effort to get all dressed up just to eat dinner at the end of the cruise. Of course the gala midnight buffet is frequently held on the last formal night and you wouldn't want to be seen eating chocolate covered strawberries in your coveralls....
