Mendenhall glacier shuttle times

I was talking to Capt. Larry's office and they thought the last shuttle to Mendenhall was at 5 or 6. Does anyone know?

I would also like to know when the last shuttle leaves Mendenhall to go back to town. Thanks! :)

MGT's website says "shuttles run every 30 minutes beginning at 9:00am till 6:30 pm on most days."

Does that mean the last one leaves Mendenhall to go back to the ship at 6:30?

I would inquire directly from the booths and drivers the day you are there. The Mendenhall visitor center closes at 7:30pm in season, so they should be running at 6:30pm back to downtown.

When you buy a ticket at the dock does it say a specific shuttle time or it just for whenever? Say can you buy a ticket for the 9 am shuttle or do you jsut have to stand in line and wait around until their is an open shuttle.

The tickets are for a ride, no specific time. There can be significant lines at times with waiting for several buses.
