Has anyone flown out of Manaus?

Flying home from Manaus,Brazil. Did you stop over in a Brazilian city or go to an American city? We will fly home to Toronto from Manaus but having purchased air from the cruise line,we are wondering where we might stopover. We understand that we may possiibly be overnighting somewhere.
