Wearing shorts

Is it frowned upon wearing shorts or...How about in some of the churches like in Stockholm. I know on my Med cruise, FLorence for example it was so I wore pants. Also, temperature isn't a concern for me.

No problem wearing shorts, even in churches it should be okay. They're just not quite as strict in Scandanavia.

Take more slacks than shorts...not because of any dress codes in churches, but because even in summer, it can be pretty cool in the Baltic. We went in late June two summers ago & I never wore the shorts I packed...50's & rain on many days...only once did the temps reach low 70's.
