ZoeyZoo Posted May 30, 2006 #1 Share Posted May 30, 2006 I just check the weather forecast. It is supposed to rain the entire time I'm in Bermuda! And not just rain but possible thunderstorms! Is this likely to be the type of rain one sees in Miami that only lasts an hour or two? Or will this most likely be the entire day like in Seattle? Any recommendations on sites to visit in case it is raining? I wanted to see the caves and go horseback riding. Are these typically closed in the rain? Thank you for any help or advice... smeyer418 Posted May 30, 2006 #2 Share Posted May 30, 2006 Its mostly imtermittent but sometimes it does rain all day. the most accurate(remember that weather accuracy is like baseball, anything over .400 is hall of fame material) is at www.weather.bm
PhillyCruiser Posted May 31, 2006 #3 Share Posted May 31, 2006 I remember a cruise to Bermuda in 1999 where it rained for the one and only day we were docked in Hamilton. It was a Seattle-type rain, too. While we needed to cancel our plans for the beach, it didn't stop us from a horse-and-buggy ride around Hamilton. I also spent many a pleasant hour in the shops and galleries of Hamilton. While I would have preferred the sun, the rain did not wreck my vacation.
