Dolphins Or Stingrays? Which Excursion Is Better?

We will be in Nassau in August, aboard the Disney Wonder. We are trying to decide on a shore excursion; it is between the Dolphin Encounter and swimming with the Stingrays. My niece is 7 yrs old. Has anybody done both? If so, which did you like better?

I have snorkeled w/the stingrays in Grand Cayman and it was great fun. I swam with the Dolphins in Cancun and it was also great. It is a real toss up, but for a 7 year old, the Dolphins may be more fun - the stingrays may be a little scary to some children. Have a good trip.

The stingray excursion in Nassau is NOT good. It's nothing like Stingray city in Grand Cayman. I would definitely recommend the Dolphin excursion over the stingrays. The Stingrays are penned up in Nassau on a shallow beach and the water's not that clear, whereas the ones in Grand Cayman are out in the open water, on a beautiful barrier. Just my 2 cents! :)
