Experiences with booking cruises online,specifically group cruises.

I am strongly contemplating booking a group cruise on the Freedom of the Seas October 14th, 2007 after I cancel my current Freedom cruise (long story over the $99.00 discount) .

 

The thing is I live in Trinidad and the agents for the group cruise are in the U.S. For those of you living in a another country and booking cruises with online agents or via the telephone how was your experience?I would appreciate good and bad comments.

 

I know I cannot name the travel agent but the theme of the cruise is "The Mother of All Group Cruises 3" so I know they have done 1 & 2 and if anyone has dealt with the agents, please give a review of their services.
