Deep Sea Fishing in St Maarten

All,

 

I am planning a cruise to the Eastern Caribbean this winter and I am trying to organize a deep sea fishing at one of the ports of call. (St Maarten or St Thomas)

 

I would rather not go through the ship as I am on a budget :) but I would prefer if the departure point was conveniently located near to the ship.

 

Does anyone have any recommendations?... experiences?
