Carnival Miracle - Access to Pools

Does anyone have any information on the access to the pools and hot tubs on the Carnival Miracle, i.e. is there a lift for the pools and are there steps into the hot tubs. Need info for an above knee amputee that likes to swim. Also, if you have been on the Miracle how are the accessible balcony cabins? Is the ship reasonably accessible to most areas? Thanks for any information from anyone!!!

I am trying to get info on the cabins, however, I have spoken with a Carnival rep who did tell me that the pools all have a step type ladder, no lifts. Sorry, don't know about the hot tubs.
