Taxi/shuttle service in Galveston ?'s

I'm staying at The Quality Inn and Suites before my cruise in October. They offer free cruise parking but no shuttle. Which taxi service should I use? And what kind of price range should I expect to pay? There are 4 in our party with 3 large suitcases and 3 smaller ones.
