REGINA Posted June 19, 2006 #1 Share Posted June 19, 2006 As I asked earlier, my kids said there was no Gala Buffet last week on the Triumph. I had them bring me their Carnival Capers. Thinking they were just too busy enjoying their first cruise they might have missed it. I was wrong. THERE WASN'T ONE. I can't imagine why, but there wasn't. I've never been on a Carnival cruise that didn't offer a "Gala Midnight Buffet". Picture-taking is usually around 11pm, with the buffet opening at midnight. I haven't been to one in several years, but it's always been announced in the Capers. It's not on the first formal night, but later in the cruise.
