Newbe Question: Stingray Sandbar

Sailor-man

Recommended Posts

I leave mine in the safe in the cabin, along with keys, passport, etc.

I take some cash, id, cruise card with me and leave it on the boat when in the water. There are waterproof wallets available, but it is just something else to deal with and/or lose.

We use waterwallets for our IDs and our $$ while on beach excursions. However, we find that on excursions where we are just snorkeling off a boat, such as in Stingray City, we usually put them into the bottom of our backpack while in the water. You can get these on most of the ships. Some guys just put their $$ into a ziplock bag and put it in a pocket of their swim trunks. Here is a picture of the one that Cruise Critic sells. (They are out of stock right now.) safe.jpg
