Picture Cards - Precautions??

Our next Med cruise I will be using my digital camera for the first time. Is there any special precautions you pros take for your picture cards. (using Fuji x-D Picture cards) With the older film cameras one had to worry about the stronger X-rays re international travel. Any similar problems to anticipate?

Those xD cards are awfully small and thin, so what you really have to worry about is loosing them on snapping them if they get bent. Try to keep them in a little plastic case. Keep them dry too. You do not have to worry about sending them thru the carry-on xray machine.
