How close does the POA dock to the Hilton Hawaiian Village area?

 

DH and I would like to board/stash our stuff then get back off the ship and goof around along Waikiki Beach until a couple of hours before we sail.

How close does the POA dock to the Hilton Hawaiian Village area?

 

Below is a map of the harbor. Look for the Aloha Tower. NCL ships dock in that area.

Then go to "maps.google.com" and punch in the address below of the Hawaian Hilton. After you find the HH zoom out and to the left once and up two times and you should see the Aloha Tower Drive which is next to the Aloha Tower. I would guess a ten minute taxi ride. Hope that helps out.

Would hate to waste our first port. There will be plenty of time to explore the ship once we set sail.

 

I spent a few weeks in Honolulu about 6 years ago and covered alot of ground on foot and by bus.

 

Your info really gave me a chance to get my bearings!
