Luggage at the Long Beach Terminal

If anyone is familiar with luggage drop-off for Carnival Paradise at Long Beach, I'd appreciate any advice. I am traveling alone with a small child & am concerned about getting the luggage from the parking lot to the check-in area. Are there areas to pull-up to (like at an airport) where you can linger 10 minutes while the nice sky-cap takes your "checked" luggage before placing your car in the parking structure?

OK the drop off point is also the entry point for the parking structure. There is a section where about eight cars can stop and unload luggage. They will pile bags onto carts, check paper work and if needed retag bags.

Just pull your car right up to the curb and take your luggage out of the car. They will take your luggage from you there. Then park your car...try to park closest to the ONE elevator in the parking structure, otherwise it's a long walk.

 

When you get back downstairs again, (at this point you just have your carry-on luggage with you) if you already have your cabin number (which you will, if you have your Fun Pass all filled out online), go directly to the domed building...don't bother to stand on the line in the parking structure because those people are waiting for a room assignment.
