Does anyone know the approximate cost of a taxi from the airport - Sea-Tac - to the Holiday Inn in the Space Needle area. Also, the cost of a taxi from the Holiday Inn to the pier - I think its pier 30.

Thanks,

Susan

Cabs are expensive in Seattle. A cab one-way to downtown will be a minimum of $35, more if there is traffic (common on this route).

I always take the Grayline Airport shuttle bus to downtown when I fly into Seattle. It provides good service and I pay less than $12 each way ($17 round trip). Unless you have a large party (and then you may not fit in a cab with all your luggage) I would suggest taking the shuttle bus. You can take a cab from the closest hotel drop off spot if needed for much cheaper than taking one all the way from the airport.
