Booking excursions online?

Are all excursions made available for online booking? After studying the list for our July 15 sailing on Glory, I logged onto the site to price the excursions, but found many of them missing... I can understand some being sold out or not all being offered for each sailing, but Nassau, for example, had only one excursion listed! What's going on?
