Has anyone done this tour (w/Orient or NCL)? If so, would you recommend it?

 

It sounds interesting to me (histroy buff) and since we have a full 9 hours in Klaipeda, there's plenty of time to do a tour AND have time to walk around and explore the town on your own.

 

But, I don't want to do this tour if it is hokey....

 

I'd love to hear impressions from someone who has done it.
