Hi! Has anyone ever stayed here before? Any comments would be appreciated!! Thanks so much!

DD & I stayed there for 5 days in April for Spring Break. The hotel is ok, reasonably clean, nice pool. More geared towards business people (in town). Walk 2 blks to beach & lots of places to eat within walking distance. Took a cab into Old San Juan $15. Got the room on Skyauction for bid of 40/night plus their fees and taxes. Everything else at that time was over $150. Hope this helps.

We stayed there last October for post & pre cruise and found it great for the price. Got it on Priceline for $70, good restaurants in the area and easy to get taxis to the pier.

and would not want to stay again. I was very disappointed in the room - very dirty - especially the bathroom. Hopefully they have improved things in 2 years.

We didn't have this problem at all. Both rooms we stayed in were recently renovated.

My DW and I stayed there twice last year pre cruise and have booked it for our november cruise. The rooms have always been clean

The A/C Always work good when we were there and we never went up to the pool

So, there's no need to purchase transporation via cruise line from hotel to pier? Taxis are readily available?

 

Another question....Can I book airfare via cruiseline to come in a night before cruise and still book my hotel on my own?
