Windjamming -- I gather that Friday was a sea day for you as you went to Victoria instead of Ketchikan. Sounds like our event may be on Saturday as that is a sea day.

Is it a small boat in which you do whale watching? Last summer we went whale watching in Virgina Beach and I was so sick from the rocking of the boat. It was a small boat, 2 levels. He stopped the boat to watch for the whales and it was rocking back and forth I was turning green. Couldnt wait to get back onshore.

I don't remember much rocking, as Auke Bay was relatively smooth that day. It's a long ride, though, so you may want to take some Dramamine or Bonine ahead of time.
