Freedom of the Seas Cabin question

OK I will join in this cabin question. My wife and I are reserved in cabin number 8311 on a future Freedom of the Seas cruise. It is a Deck 8 Promenade Stateroom. From looking at the deck plan it looks as if we are about 11 cabins forward of the hump on the right side of the ship. I am trying to figure out what is outside our window down on the Royal Promenade. The deck 5 plan does not show a hump. I think I can just about guess where the elevators are on both floors. A rough estimate I think shows our cabin may be somewhere above the Ben and Jerry's. If that is the case we will look down on the General Store. Does that seem about correct. I have seen a number of pictures of the Promenade and I am just trying to guess where we are located on there.

Cabin 6305 is the one directly behind the cow rears above Ben and Jerrys (named the Ben and Jerry's Sweet). So, count cabins (moving aft) until you get to XX11. Your estimation sounds about right.

I think 8311 is above A Clean Shave or Get Out There, looking toward the Cafe Promenade.

I'll be in 8331 in November, I think I'll be looking at the Champage Bar and over Guest Relations.

BettyCruiser is right. You'll be overlooking Cafe Promenade. I have family members booked in the Promenades 7309, 7311, 7313 and we are across the hall in 7310. I love the promenade rooms but DH wanted a balcony this time. Besides, we are also taking the baby and can't get a promenade. Guess we'll watch the parade from Nana's room.:D

 

In the picure attached #8311 is just above the blue flag with the white circle in the middle. Hope this helps.:)
