Cab from Port Everglades to FLL? Excursion question?

Does anyone know how much a cab will cost from Port Everglades to Fort Lauderdale airport? There are 4 of us. The cruise charges $10 per person for their transfer. I am wondering if the cab is cheaper?

Also, our flight doesn't leave until 3:30, does anyone have any suggestions for something we could do instead of waiting at the airport?:confused:

Cab is maybe $15 tops, but will all your luggage fit in one cab?

Our luggage prob. wont fit in one cab. Maybe a van?
