Embarkation Q. & Easy Fly Q.

Two questions:

 

1. Does everyone in a particular cabin have to be present to check-in/embark? We have several in our group, and most were going to be dropped off at the pier while just a few take the rental cars back to the airport. Can those who are dropped off go ahead and embark? Or do we need to wait for the others to get back?

 

2. Of those that have used the Easy Fly program, has it worked well for you? We are flying American and would prefer to do this. Our flight isn't until 6:30 that evening. Can you sign up for this once on the ship? I've read very little about it, so any information will be great.
