QM2 Sauna

Would anybody be so kind as to tell me wether the sauna on QM2 is free to use, or part of the Canyon Ranch spa experience.

If you don't book a massage or other spa service, there is a $29/day fee to use the spa facilities.

but if you do book a service like massage or facial, can you use the facilities all day (in and out)? How does it work? Do you get a pass or something similar, or is it limited access to around the time of the service?
